Terms Conditions: A Purchase Order is required to begin any work by Active Motif. Orders for custom products may not be cancelled once received by Customer Service.*Active Motif may agree to provide an evaluation sample of product upon request. Please specify a shipping date for the remainder of your order, not to exceed 4 weeks after receipt of evaluation sample, when placing an Order. If additional testing by our lab is required, please specify this and allow up to 2-3 weeks additional time to the shipping date for your order. **Active Motif Antibodies and Recombinant Proteins are for use by the Investigator or Institute placing the order and may not be re-sold individually or as part of commercially-available products or kits.***Active Motif products are for Research Use Only (RUO) and are guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt.Custom formulations:Are available for our antibodies or recombinant proteins and they require a minimum order of 2 mg.Quality Control Testing:Requests for products in custom package sizes only will not receive additional Quality Control testing.
